I've tried to join the Magix forums several times now but the site just times out when trying to set up an account. So anyone want to share their setting for best results when using UAD stuff? It was initially added to our database on.

I've come across some UAD specific notes in the manual but it is kind of confusing. Samplitude Pro X2 Suite Impulsantworten is a Shareware software in the category Miscellaneous developed by MAGIX Software GmbH. I couldn't imagine trying a 40 plus track count session with these issues happening with just 10 tracks. I've been testing with very minimal projects.10 tracks or less. (latency) I also have some minor drop outs happening after hitting the play button. It seems the more plugins I load the longer the delay between pushing play and hearing sound. When using only native plugins, the Pro X2 interface is fast and responsive. Running Windows 7 (64bit) Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H (Rev 1.1) i7-3770K with 12Gb of Ram and a RME Raydat.Ĭan anyone tell me what the best software settings are when using UAD plugins. VERY strange to say the least.Just grabbed Pro X2 and I am having a few issues when using UAD plugins. It kinda feels like some type of indexing problem for my plugins in Sonar, but autotune is definitely involved in it. Nothing has changed in my system during this journey since loading Sonar 7. Have rescanned plugins numerous times with no change to results.

I tried deleting Autotune and reinstalling it and same with some other fx but didn't help.

If you have a tip you want to submit, please either contact us, or become a BetterTester. If I get one open and delete either Autotune or the other fx, close it, and then open the one that locked up, wala, it now opens without locking up. Samplitude Pro X2 Tips There are no tips for Samplitude Pro X2. AND, now some files just lock Sonar up when I try to open them and others don't. If I open another file and it recognizes the other fx, it will lock up when I attempt to open Autotune. If I open a file and it recognizes autotune, it works but when I try to open any other fx, Sonar now just locks up and I have to restart my computer. Then I'd go back into Sonar and it would recognize Autotune and all the other fx with no problem. For a very long time with Sonar 7, I had no problems with Autotune, except that when I used it, Sonar couldn't find any of my other fx - all I had to do to fix it was to close Sonar, go into windows explorer and simply open the files where the fx were. They first started I think when I upgraded to Sonar 7 from Sonar 6. I'm still on XP 32bit just not going to use Autotune on my new Win 7 64bit with these problems.ĭidn't have any problems for several years after loading Autotune. It's completely stable with the greatest compatibilty with plugins. That's why my primary system is still XP 32bit and Sonar 8.5. Maybe future updates to Win7 圆4 will help.

It's doubtful if these plugin manufacturers will release updates for them. My conclusion is Win7圆4 and some VST plugins are not compatible with certain hosts. I can use them in real time with other plugins in the FX bin at the same time with no problems. These versions of Autotune and Throat work fine on Windows XP 32bit. Reaper 3 (32bit or 64bit) will recognize both plugins in Win7圆4.

I had to install these plugs in XP compatibility mode and then run as administrator.

I finally got Autotune to install correctly and work with Sonar with the latest Pace/iLok drivers for 圆4 but Throat will not be recognized by Sonar. I've had issues with Autotune version 5.09 and Avox Throat 1.13 on Win7 圆4 with Sonar 8.5 32bit and 64bit.

My experience with Antares plugins is that they've always been fickle.
